Dyson Pro Hair Care Product Support
End Customer Return Policy (Stylist/Salon returns to Premier Beauty)
- End customer may return a Dyson machine to the Premier Beauty for a full refund within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Dyson requests that Premier Beauty deny returns for the following reasons:
- Returns outside the 30-day window
- Intentional cosmetic decoration or modification
- Warranty/service-related issues (See Warranty Service & Replacement below)
Warranty Service & Replacement (End Customer support from Dyson)
- Dyson Pro hair care products come with a 2-year limited warranty.
- If a machine is not functioning correctly it is covered under the Dyson warranty.
- Premier Beauty does not have the authority to accept defective returns on behalf of Dyson.
- Customers must call the Dyson Helpline at 866-693-9766 for warranty support.
- Support will be provided in the form of product troubleshooting, repair and/or replacement in accordance with the product warranty.
- When calling, end customer should be in possession of the product for troubleshooting and the product serial number for registration and warranty servicing.
