Return Eligibility:

You are eligible to return your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase for items bought in-store and on our website via the in-store pickup feature.

Condition of Items:

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that products returned to Premier are in resalable condition and properly packaged. Premier will accept the following merchandise returns.
  • Products which are brand new, unopened, in current packaging and presently sold by Premier
  • Products whose shelf life is at least 6 months from expiration
  • Products without price labels, residue from adhesive labels or markings of any kind
  • Products purchased from Premier by the invoiced Customer

Return & Exchange Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
  1. For in-store purchases: Visit the Premier Beauty Supply store where you made the purchase, and our friendly staff will assist you with the return or exchange process. Please bring your original receipt as proof of purchase.
  2. For online orders with in-store pickup: Visit the Premier Beauty Supply store where you picked up your purchase, and our friendly staff will assist you with the return or exchange process. Please bring the original packing slip or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
  3. Refund or Exchange: Upon the successful inspection of the returned items and verification of their condition, you will be eligible for either a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.


Certain products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons, such as personal care items or products with broken seals. Please refer to the list of non-returnable items provided:
  • Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return
