NEW HOTHEADS RETURN POLICY

Premier Beauty, in partnership with HOTHEADS Inc., is thrilled to announce a new return Policy. As part of our ongoing commit to quality, Premier Beauty and HOTHEADS Inc., wants to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and application of Hothead extensions. Effective immediately, you may return defective hair within 90 days of purchase.

Hotheads Extensions’ returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through Premier Beauty. Hair must not be cut, colored, or altered in any way from its original delivered form.

Returns that are altered or outside the 90-day window, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with no refund.

To make exchanges or returns – please adhere to the following steps:

Contact Client Services at 847-480-0000 or [email protected] to report an issue regarding a HOTHEADS extension product:

If requesting an exchange for new HOTHEADS product:

1. Replacement product will be shipped out right away and package will include a return UPS label.
2. Defective product must be sent back within 14 days using provided UPS label.
3. If defective product is not sent back within 14 days, you will be charged for replacement product sent.

If requesting a credit card refund:

1. A UPS return label will be provided via email.
2. Defective product must be sent back within 14 days using provided UPS label.
3. Once defective product has been returned, the credit for refund will be issued.
