1. Lighten hair to a light or extra-light blonde.
2. After shampooing, apply rEvolution Neon directly on damp hair.
3. Process for 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the desired color intensity.
4. Emulsify with water, then rinse thoroughly.

Duration: 5 to 10 shampoos.


For intense pure color - use on pre-lightened hair.
