Anthony Edge, National Cutting specialist, Alfaparf Milano

Anthony Edge of Edge 74// EDGEducation, started his hairdressing career in a neighborhood salon as an apprentice at 15 in Blackpool, England. Fell in love with the fashion-forward and innovative Toni&Guy Academy when he went to London to further his training. In 1997, Anthony Edge became part of the team at Toni&Guy as a hairdresser; then later, in 1999 Anthony was on the main artistic team as an international artistic director, traveling the world, over 56 countries. In 2009, Anthony Edge headed up Label M of Toni&Guy London in the USA and embarked on his role as an educational director, traveling through North America building teams and sharing his passion for hairdressing with hairdressers everywhere. Edge74// EDGEducation was officially created in Feb of 2015, Edge has continued to deliver education across North America whilst offering intensive course at their academy in downtown San Diego.

William Beauregard, Master Artisan & Colorist, Alfaparf Milano

Beau is based out of Boca Raton, Florida owning and managing Pop Salon, a thriving salon. Beau started his cosmetology career in Orlando, Florida after college. While developing his craftsmanship skills he realized his natural ability for coaching and communication. He began educating for Alfaparf Milano in 2010.   As an Alfaparf Milano Master Artisan, educator, and platform artist Beau’s enthusiasm and dedication helps to inspire others. He has worked the stage showcasing collections at international hair shows and VIP events throughout the country, most recently Premier Orlando and Premier Birmingham in 2017. Beau has also been selected to facilitate the Alfaparf Milano Master Colorist courses in North America in 2018. Beau embraces his love for hair color by advancing his skills through continuing to work as a distinguished stylist and educating others. He is committed to sharing the philosophy and methodologies of Alfaparf Milano and the Italian culture it values.

Leonardo Rocco, Aloxxi Artistic Advisor

Known for pushing boundaries and redefining style, Leonardo Rocco of Rocco Donna Hair and Beauty Art Salon in Miami’s trendy South Beach brings his personal philosophy of delivering cutting-edge style, innovative techniques and service excellence to Aloxxi as an Artistic Advisor. Hailing from Argentina, Rocco’s good taste and sophistication has been seen across print, radio and television outlets, on fashion runways, photo shoots, scores of events and on the heads of internationally acclaimed celebrities.

Sam La Bella, National Educator, Aloxxi

Bringing her passion for the industry and unbridled creativity, Aloxxi National Team Educator, Sam LaBella strives to push the bounds of traditional coloring rules and redefine them for hairdressers behind the chair. Her inspiration comes from many facets of the industry she has explored, including session work for boudoir and fashion photography, participation in New York Fashion Week and work in famed salons worldwide. And while fashion and hair design serve as her muses, her roots are intertwined in the power of color.

Chelsea Falcetti, Eleven Australia Educator

Chelsea is an artist, educator, and stylist who lives in Holyoke, MA. She is currently a North American Educator for the Australian hair brand, Eleven Australia. Chelsea's passion for providing raw, organic looks is only surpassed by her love of the connection between her and her clients. She is committed to building her business, her community and spreading her passion about her love for Eleven. Chelsea is constantly growing and evolving as an artist and loves to share her experience with her clients, staff and youth in the community.

George Alderete, Creative color Ambassador North America, Keune

With over two decades of experience in the beauty industry, George Alderete has established himself as one of the foremost hair colorists in the country. He has performed at hundreds of educational events across the United States and around the globe, sharing with fellow salon professionals the latest techniques in coloring. George’s learner friendly approach to teaching has made him one of the most requested hair color educators. His ability to make technical concepts easy to understand enables his students to apply their learned skills behind the chair with confidence and ease. An accomplished editorial stylist, George’s work has graced the covers and pages of leading beauty publications around the world. Magazines such as Vogue, InStyle, Self, Modern Salon, American Salon, Salon Today, Salon News and many others have looked to George for his creative vision. A three time finalist for the North American Hairstylist Award, George continues to be an inspiration to everyone who comes in contact with his message.

Michael Shaun Corby, Global Creative Director, Living Proof

As an internationally recognized stylist, visionary and cutting expert, Michael Shaun has spent his 25-year career raising the bar on education. Michael’s professional experience began at the Sassoon Academy, where he trained under famed stylist José Eber and became one of the most sought after talents by both stylists and A-listers alike. As Living Proof’s Global Creative Director, Michael develops the professional education curriculum and shares his love of Living Proof with stylists around the world. His work has graced the pages of countless magazines and been featured in music videos, films and television shows. Among other breakthrough achievements in the hair care industry, Michael opened and ran his own 6-chair salon and built lasting relationships with celebrity clients and key editors. His diverse background in styling and education makes him an invaluable part of the Living Proof team.

Christopher Darring, Milbon USA Educator

Christopher McCully Darring was born with a passion for expression in all forms. His love of the the arts and the beauty industry help him to create unique educational experiences. Growing up in the first state with an artistic family, he was introduced to art and music at a young age and knew he was bound to do something creative. 

Building a career as a session stylist and educator, he’s been able excel in the art, learning how to manipulate hair fabric. He's been able to build relationships with fellow hairstylists and worked with some of the most sought after hairstylists in the industry. Now residing in Philadelphia, he’s taken on the role of Creative Color Director. Before moving to Philadelphia, Christopher was a successful Session Stylist in Now, facilitating education at Milbon USA, he’s able to embrace his calling and help other stylists skyrocket within the industry. “If you think you know it all, you need to get out of this industry! You can never stop learning, that’s how you grow.”

Briana Cisneros, Moroccanoil Global Ambassador

Briana Cisneros has been in the industry for over 12 years helping individuals grow, whether it is creating successful educational programs for prestigious salons or mentoring artists. As an independent stylist, she is routinely invited to do on-camera color, cut and styling makeovers and offer advice as a beauty guru and guest celebrity stylist. Her ability to reimagine hairstyles and color has made Briana one of the most sought-after visionaries in her field. Her work has been featured on MTV News, E! News and Celebuzz as well as in Glamour, People, OK!, Life & Style, US Weekly, major beauty blogs and more. Briana grew to miss the salon environment, which led her to Shannon Hair where she eventually became a co-owner. Briana’s hustle doesn’t go unnoticed—she brings her determination and values to Shannon Hair, her team members outside of the salon, her students and her clientele. She has since channeled her passion for learning and education into the educational series WORKSHOP EVOLVE, first introduced as an in-house effort to help grow each stylist working in the salon. After realizing the success their stylists were having, she and her business partner quickly realized the demand that the industry had for the techniques and knowledge they had. WORKSHOP EVOLVE is now an education platform where they share knowledge and techniques for every artist to draw from and be inspired by.

Gary Baker, Creative Director, UNITE

As an international session stylist, educator and platform artist; Gary has traveled the world sharing his inspiring technical and creative techniques. As a multiple-award winning hairdresser with over 30 years’ experience in the industry, Gary had the pleasure of working with a notable celebrity clientele while behind the chair. Gary’s new role within the #UNITEfamily as the company’s first Creative Director, is to forecast trends and collections creating a positive impact and direction in the UNITE education program, marketing and photographic campaigns.

Amy Todd, Regional Educator/Art Team Member, UNITE

With 10 years in the industry, Amy’s passion for UNITE began with the start of her career in Nebraska. From a UNITE launch party in 2009, Dale hand-picked their studio to carry his new brand. Amy’s ambition to begin educating with UNITE originated from the family-like culture that emanates from within. Being a part of a brand that is much more than just great products has always been a dream of hers. She loves to be around people and involved with new trends among stylists. When Amy was a Master Stylist and Director of Operations at her salon, she specialized in Formal Styling, Men’s Clipper Cutting and Grooming as well as color. Learning from her peers in an ever changing industry, Amy looks forward to sharing all of the knowledge she has gained.

Arianna Marino, Unite Education Manager

Arianna Marino, is an Artistic Master Stylist with a strong background in education. She has a passion for education, and has an exceptional knowledge of technique, design, and curriculum. Her talents, experiences and love of the craft are the driving forces behind her success as a Master Stylist and Educator. Before moving to San Diego, California, Arianna’s career was with Vidal Sassoon in Beverly Hills CA followed by Arrojo Education and Cosmetology School in Manhattan, New York as the lead educator and Academy Director. Arianna’s focus was on education and development of the academy’s cosmetology, advanced academy and cutting curriculum. Her responsibilities also included training professionals and future educators in Arrojo classic and advanced techniques in razor, scissor, color, along with teaching methodologies. With nearly 20 years of experience, Arianna strives to create a modern, timeless, complimentary, look that utilizes her technical training to develop an individualized style for her clients.
