Here are some stats on shopping habits for the 2015 holiday retail season compiled by the National Retail Federation:

• The average holiday shopper has completed 52.9 percent of their shopping as of December 10
• 73 percent of 18 to 24 year olds will self-gift while holiday shopping for others
• The average shopper will buy four gift cards for an average spending of $173 on gift cards total

Ordering early gives you time to execute a successful holiday retail campaign. With extra time, maybe you’ll fashion a unique product display, tie in a special promotion or incorporate your products into your salon’s decorations.
