Our Story
When Premier was first started, we had one simple philosophy, we didn’t necessarily want to be the biggest distributor, just the best "Boutique" Distributor in our marketplace. We don’t have a "Mission" or "Vision" statement as our actions should always speak louder than our words.
Our goal is to always service our salon customers by meeting and exceeding all there expectations. This is inclusive of; service level, availability and accessibility of education, and unique programs that will help them to grow their business.
An example of this would be our "Ultimate Back Bar Program". This gives the salons the ability to receive all their station and shampoo area products for free. Please see the "Ultimate Back Bar" page on this website for more details.

I believe that today, salon owners and stylists want to know who they are doing business with as well as be accessible and believe in their company’s philosophy. Premier was designed over the years by the salons’ need for a focused distributor that brings unique marketing and innovative products to the marketplace
Our company was founded on a team concept, both client and employee input is deeply valued in driving our growth. The true vision and inspiration for our direction comes from our customers feedback and suggestions.
Here’s the bottom line; I will give our customers, manufacturers and employees a reason to be a valued partner in our organization. If this is accomplished, whether it is from our work environment, the way we do business, or the family atmosphere that is within, then I feel that I’m doing my job.
